POLICE have released this e-fit of a boy they want to speak to in connection with an indecent assault on a 10-year-old girl in a Kent town

The victim and her friend were walking along the alleyway that leads from Downs Road to Blackbull Road, Folkestone, when the offender put his hand up the girl's skirt and touched her bottom.

He then ran off towards Downs Road.

The youth is described as white, aged around 15, 5ft 4in tall, of slim build with short hair. He was wearing glasses, a white polo shirt and black shorts.
