A suspect accused of groping a woman in a Tesco Express has been arrested.

The 37-year-old man is said to have touched her over clothes inside Folkestone’s Bouverie West store on Thursday, September 7.

A police spokesman said on Tuesday: “On Monday 25 September, a 37-year-old man from the Folkestone area was arrested on suspicion of sexual assault.

“He has been released on conditional bail while enquiries into the incident continue.
