A man has been arrested after reportedly walking through a town exposing himself.
Police were called after a man was seen wandering down a road in Folkestone with his trousers 'partially down'.
The incident happened at around 4pm on Tuesday in Guildhall Street, near the junction with Sandgate Road.
The two streets are lined with shops and are often very busy at that tine.
A 59-year-old man from London was arrested in connection with the incident, and has been released pending further investigation.
