A FOLKESTONE man is to appear in court today charged with murder.

Tracey Lea Hibbert, 38, of St Gabriel's Court, Folkestone, was stabbed to death in Dover Road after a disturbance at her home on Friday, March 19 at 3.30am.

Keith Andrew Miller, 38, of Augusta Gardens, Folkestone, is due to appear at Folkestone

Magistrates' Court this morning.
