Man in dock on murder charge

KENT Police have charged Robert White, of London Road, Folkestone, with the murder of 68-year-old Derek Saxby, also of London Road, on November 15 last year.

White, 41, appeared at Folkestone Magistrates' Court and was remanded in custody.

He will appear before a judge at Maidstone Crown Court at a date still to be fixed.
