A rogue driver has struck a pedestrian with his car in a road rage attack.
The assailant went for the victim after he had criticised his driving.
The pedestrian suffered arm injuries and needed hospital treatment after the incident in Folkestone two days ago.
Now police are hunting the driver who took off from the scene in his souped-up car.
Investigating officer DC Jacqui Mennie said: ‘We would like to thank those who have come forward with information to this incident already, and would urge anyone else who hasn’t spoken to officers yet to get in touch.
‘We are keen to hear from anyone who might have seen the vehicle, which is described as a glossy black car with a spoiler on the front.”
The victim, in his 50s, had been walking his dog along a footpath along the Pent Stream just off Park Farm Road when he saw the car drive towards him and stop.
The victim was knocked over after he had challenged the motorist over this driving manner and the car then left the lane in the direction of Park Farm Road.

The suspect is described as a white man, aged between 17 and 24 years old, clean shaven with a round, young-looking face. The victim reported that he also had a slightly chubby build and short dark brown hair.
