Man's body found by dog walker

THE body of a pensioner was found by a dog walker in Folkestone.

The discovery was made at about 7am on Friday at Jocks Pitch, Wear Bay Road. Police believe the 69-year-old Folkestone man was walking his dog when he collapsed and died.

The area was cordoned off while police investigated the death but it is not being treated as suspicious.
