A man last seen on Tuesday has been found 'safe and well'.

John Jeffery was spotted two days ago in the Bouverie Road West area of Folkestone at 5.45pm.

Officers had been increasingly concerned for the 43-year-old who was accompanied by his black Staffordshire bull terrier.

Following appeals by police, a spokesman said Mr Jeffery has now been found "safe and well".
