Police investigating a reported rape have made an arrest.

The attack is said to have happened in Lower Radnor Park, Radnor Park Avenue, Folkestone after 10pm last Saturday.

It was reported to police in the early hours of next day.

Shortly afterwards a 17-year-old youth was arrested on suspicion of rape.

He has been released pending further enquiries.
