A person has been taken to hospital after a crash on a main route.
The three-car collision happened near the M20 Castle Hill Interchange, which connects with Cherry Garden Avenue, in Folkestone at about 3.15pm today.
There was heavy traffic in the area, and emergency services were in attendance.
One person was taken to hospital and a further two were treated by paramedics at the scene.
It is understood that the road has now reopened.
A police spokesman added: “We were called to a three-car collision near the Castle Hill Interchange, Folkestone at 3.15pm today.
“Officers attended along with South East Coast Ambulance Service and one person was taken to hospital and two others received treatment at the scene.
“Police remain at the scene assisting with traffic management.”
