A inquest has opened into the death of a man who was reportedly riding a quad bike.
The hearing was told that Connor King, 24, died after he was in a single vehicle collision with parked, unattended cars in Folkestone.
The inquest was opened at the Archbishop's Palace in Maidstone today by Sonia Hayes, assistant coroner for Central and South East Kent.
She was told that the crash happened in Church Road, Folkestone.,on August 26 this year.
A coroner's officer's report said that cause of death was severe head injuries and associated aspiration, breathing in a foreign object.
The inquest heard that Mr King lived in the town's Wellington Road and worked as an air conditioning engineer.
He was a single man, engaged to be married.
The hearing was adjourned until next Monday and will be at another venue in Maidstone, which is due to be confirmed.
