A Kent schoolboy has made a special effort to thank fundraising hero Captain Tom Moore on his 100th birthday.
Andrei Eliseev, from Folkestone, handmade a card for Captain Tom but decided that he wanted to go further and make a music video.
Take a look at Andrei's birthday message to Captain Tom
Andrei, 9, planned to learn to play 'happy birthday' on the piano, and enlisted the help of his mother Anna to produce the loving tribute.
Anna said: "He's been learning the piano for about three years now but had never played Happy Birthday- and he set about learning it himself.
"It took him about two days, then he asked me and his father to help him record the video."
Anna says that her son was first inspired by Reegan Davies, a schoolgirl from Wales who went viral with her campaign to get 100 handmade cards for Captain Tom.
But Andrei, who moved with his family to Folkestone two and a half years ago from London, wanted to use his creative talents to go the extra mile.
Anna explained: "He's always enjoyed playing piano and riding his bike, and he just felt that it was fitting.
"He attached the Happy Birthday poster he made to his bike and rode it along Folkestone during his daily exercise.
"In the end we filmed all over Folkestone- obviously maintaining social distancing- and made a lovely tribute in the sand to both him and the NHS.
"Andrei dreams that his hero Captain Tom Moore will see this video on his 100th birthday!"
