Staff in Kent will enjoy a lie in on Monday following England's show in the final of the European Championships on Sunday night.
It is the first time ever the Three Lions have reached the final of the Euros and their first in a major tournament since 1966.
It comes as Gareth Southgate's team beat Denmark 2-1 in the semi final last night.
They will now face Italy on Sunday.
Marketing agency Sleeping Giants Media, based in Folkestone, has now announced it will give its team Monday morning off – whether that's to enjoy post-match celebrations or commiserations.
CEO Luke Quilter said: "To celebrate the football, win or lose we are going to let the team have the morning off!
"It has been an insane year, with very little to celebrate so we felt that this is a great opportunity to recognise something that has brought us all together and given us something good to read about, look at, discuss and debate.
"One of our quarterly objectives is to 'find Joy', so, a half-day is a great start!
"Come on England, make us even more proud!"
It comes as national papers are today reporting the prospect of whether an impromptu Bank Holiday could be arranged for Monday if England win.
A petition calling on the government to grant one has attracted more than 90,000 signatures.
