Guests attending the KE Big Quiz have the chance to win more than £1,500 of Debenhams products.

The store has donated a range of designer products for the raffle table of the Extra’s mammoth charity wine and wisdom evening.

His and her beauty products will be packed into hampers and designer bags and displayed on the raffle table for the charity event due to be staged at Folkestone Sports Centre at 7pm on Saturday, October 25. Teams of eight are needed to take part in the charity event with tables costing £56. Guests receive a ploughman’s meal and glass of Gallo wine donated by Threshers.

Tickets can be bought using a credit or debit card from the website www.kmbigquiz.co.uk or by cutting out the form in the Kentish Express.

Debenhams is also to provide a goodie bag or top brand name products for every guest taking part in the charity night.

Funds raised on the night will be divided four ways with the Friends Folkestone Sports Centre, children’s road safety charity Kent Walking Bus and south Kent cause Find a Voice all receiving a quarter share of proceeds. The civic charities from Ashford and Shepway will share the remaining proceeds.

The cost for a table of eight people is £56, which is £7 per person and includes a ploughman’s meal and a complimentary glass of Gallo wine, donated by Threshers, in the price.

Event sponsors include County Square shopping centre, Shepherd Neame and P&O Ferries.

To have a quiz round named after your business or organisation costs a minimum of £100 in sponsorship. For information call Mr Dolby on 07989 164 752.
