A bomb disposal team was called to B&Q in Park Farm Road, Folkestone, on Sunday to deal with a suspicious package.

The store was evacuated after police were alerted to the device at 1pm by Kent Fire and Rescue Services.

A controlled explosion was carried out and following investigation it was confirmed the item was not suspicious.
