The police are appealing for witnesses after one teenager was allegedly assaulted and another was hit by a car this morning.
Officers were called to the "disturbance" in Black Bull Road, Folkestone, at 8.20am today.
A 13-year-old boy was allegedly assaulted by another teenage boy.
Then, a short while later, a 14-year-old boy was involved in a collision with a car and has been taken to William Harvey Hospital.
Police spokesman Jon Green said: "A window at a convenience store in Canterbury Road was damaged in the disturbance."
The police have confirmed that both incidents are linked.
One eye-witness reported seeing four police cars and an ambulance at the scene earlier today.
Ambulance spokesman Rich Airey said: "We were called to reports a teenage boy had been injured.
"We sent a car and ambulance to the scene."
The boy had facial injuries which he was treated for at hospital.
