Three people have been arrested after emergency services descended on a pub.

Officers and paramedics were called to a disturbance at the Valiant Sailor in New Dover Road, Capel-le-Ferne, yesterday afternoon.

A probe is underway into the full circumstances of the incident.

A police spokesman said: “We were called to a disturbance at the Valiant Sailor pub, New Dover Road, in Folkestone at about 4pm yesterday.

“The ambulance service also attended the scene and provided medical treatment.

“Three people were arrested in connection with the incident and investigations continue to establish the circumstances.”
