Hoardings have been spray-painted with tributes to a baby who was “a pure angel from top to bottom” following her sudden death.
Teddy bears and flowers sit up against the mural in Dover Road, Folkestone, to honour 14-month-old Winter-Rose.
Pictures of the popular little girl, who celebrated her first birthday in January, have also been attached to it.
It says: “Winter-Rose, rest in peace.”
She had sickle cell disease which is “serious and life-long” according to the NHS.
There is no set cure for it which also increases the risk of serious infections.
The cause of death is not yet known and a report is being prepared by the coroner.
Winter-Rose was the daughter of Andi and Charlotte Doherty and sister to Lexi, eight and Skylar, three.
Mrs Doherty, 20, who lives in Folkestone, launched a campaign to find the four paramedics who attempted to help Winter-Rose in a bid to thank them personally.
The emergency services were called at 2.45pm on Thursday, March 9, and the appeal launched the next day and was shared 1,499 times on Facebook.
Mrs Doherty said: “Winter was the happiest, cutest baby ever.
“She was always smiling her little cheeky smile.
“She was always so pleased to see people, her gorgeous little eyes lit up every time one of us came in the room.
“She was perfect, a pure angel from top to bottom.”
The mural was created and designed by friend Brandon Tucker just days after Winter-Rose died.
Mrs Doherty added: “We are absolutely touched that Brandon has made such a beautiful gesture to us.
“It’s a great comfort to that in these dark times the community has really come together to show its support.”
Social media has seen countless tributes and memories posted and many people lit candles in her memory.
Remembering Winter, a crowd funding page, has been set up to front the costs for a remembrance service.
It has secured more than £2,000 in donations out of a £5,000 target.
