Passengers from the two cars that crashed on a roundabout escaped with minor injuries last night.

Police were called at 6.23pm on Monday to the smash on the A260 in Folkestone.

It occurred at the junction with the A259, involving a Nissan Micra and a silver Vauxhall Corsa.

The ambulance service attended but the road was not blocked.

The two vehicles were moved to Holywell Avenue while the incident was dealt with.
