A woman had to be cut free from her car before being treated by paramedics following a two-car crash.
Kent Fire and Rescue Service responded to the crash on Canterbury Road at the junction with Crete Road West in Folkestone at around 8.30pm.
The woman was trapped in one of the vehicles and firefighters used hydraulic rescue equipment to remove the roof and door to enable them to pass her into the care of the ambulance service on a spinal long board.
Two fire engines attended following a 999 call to KFRS' emergency control centre at around 8.36pm alongside Kent Police for traffic control purposes and South East Coast Ambulance Service. Fire crews were at the scene for about an hour.
