A woman had to be cut free from her car after an accident this morning.

Firefighters freed the woman following the three-car-crash on the M20 slip road at junction 12.

Police, ambulance and fire crews rushed to the scene just after 9am today.

The woman was suffering from back pains and taken to the William Harvey Hospital.

Another person had suffered knee injuries and was also taken to the William Harvey.
