A young woman has been injured in motorway crash between a car and a lorry.

Teams from three emergency services were called to the incident on the M20 between junctions 12 for Folkestone and 11 for Hythe on the London-bound carriageway.

Kent Fire and Rescue Service were called to the incident at 10.40am but did not have to cut any of the victims free and worked to make the scene safe with colleagues from Kent Police.

A woman in her 20s was injured and taken into the car of paramedics.
