The results leaves the Rams occupying the final relegation spot, three points behind today's opponents.

Hythe Town moved six points clear of the drop zone thanks to a 2-0 win over South Park thanks to goals in either half from Jordan Wells and Sam Conlon.

Whitstable Town's play-off hopes took a hit when they crashed to a 3-1 defeat at Walton Casuals.

Scott Day fired the hosts in front on 37 minutes, before Kane Rowland levelled for Town two minutes after the break.

However further goals from Jordan Cheadle and Shawn McCoulsky saw the Casuals home.

Herne Bay moved level with Whitstable and just five points off the play-offs with a creditable 0-0 draw at third-placed Merstham.

In the other game, Sittingbourne won 2-1 at home to Walton & Hersham. First-half goals from Miles Cornwell and Hicham Akhazzan secured the win, despite a second-half strike from the away side's Andrew Mensith.

In Division 1 North, Chatham eased their relegation worries with a 2-1 away win at Great Wakering. Greg Benbow gave Chats an early lead and that was how it stayed until the 86th minute when Austin Edwards made it 2-0.

The away side grabbed a late consolation through Dan Trenkel.
