Folkestone Invicta need a new penalty taker - but nobody wants to do it.
Ade Yusuff has missed from the spot three times this season, most recently in the 2-0 defeat at Lewes on Saturday.
Manager Neil Cugley wants to take him off penalty duties but volunteers to take over are in short supply.
Cugley said: "It's the usual thing. Nobody wants to take them.
"It makes me laugh when I see on telly that people are fighting to take them when we've got a team with nobody who wants to take them.
"We were looking for somebody different before Saturday.
"Ian Draycott would have taken them mostly but he's injured so he wasn't playing.
"It didn't help we lost the Kent Senior Cup on penalties.
"You'd think Sam Hasler would take them because he can strike a great ball.
"But they've got to want to take them (rather than me forcing them).
"There will be somebody putting their hand up next time so you just move on.
"It was a big moment (on Saturday) because you go 1-0 up (if you score) and then teams leave leave spaces and you can get in behind."
Yusuff's two goals in the 4-2 win at Bognor last Tuesday were his fifth and sixth of the season.
"He's done all right," Cugley said: "I don't think he's done too bad.
"Were people playing above their weight last season? I've said that a few times now.
"It's second season syndrome to see how they get on with it.
"To be fair we've played all right in the last three games.
"We should have got something against Dorking (but lost 1-0), on Saturday we should have got something and we're playing a lot better than we were a few weeks ago.
"Hopefully, as we get people back from injury, we'll get stronger."
