Police were called to Queen Street this afternoon when a fight broke out between two people.

A person has been arrested on suspicion of assault and is being conveyed to custody.

Officers were at the scene for over two hours and a man has sustained a minor injury.

Witnesses claim a group of people ran down an alley way next to Queen Street and two men of foreign nationality got into a fight.

Officers got to the scene at 2.09pm and left at 4.20pm.
