A fiery restaurant owner and his wife are set to appear on Channel 4's Coach Trip today, a year after the family's explosive TV appearance.

Tony and Megan Salerno, owners of Il Padrino restaurant in Stone Street, are one of seven couples on board a tour across Croatia at the start of the 12th series.

Tony Salerno is known to TV viewers for his fiery temper

The reality show brings tourists together for a tour across Europe, with passengers remaining on the coach until they are voted off by the party.

While we won't give away details of tonight's episode, Megan described the experience as "horrific" after her husband clashed with a tour guide.

The restaurant celebrated its one-year anniversary on Saturday

Viewers may already be familiar with the Salerno family, after Tony, Megan and their five children featured on BBC's The Restaurant Man last year before the opening of the pizzeria.

On Saturday, the family celebrated the restaurant's first year anniversary.

The new series of Coach Trip starts at 5.30pm on Channel 4.
