Appeal for information after robbery in Gravesend

Police are appealing for information after two men assaulted a man and stole his laptop bag in Gravesend.

The victim is reported to have been walking in Springhead Road, near the junction with York Road, between 5am and 6am on Monday March 16 when he was approached by two unknown men.

Both men are reported to have assaulted him before stealing his bag, which did not contain a computer.

The first suspect is described as being bald, around 5ft 10ins and aged in his 30s, and was wearing black sportswear.

The second man is described as being 6ft tall and also aged in his 30s, and was wearing blue sportswear.

The incident was reported to Kent Police on Wednesday 25 March and anyone with information, or who holds privately held CCTV in the area, is asked to call the force on 01474 366149 quoting 46/54138/20.
