Six people have been arrested after police found firearms and stolen vehicles in Longfield.
The searches were carried out over the last two days after officers executed a warrant at a property.
They found firearms and ammunition as well as a number of stolen motor vehicles.
Police also recovered 11 valuable motorcycles that were reported to have been stolen from London and the South East.
Detective Inspector Gary Scarfe of the Serious and Organised Crime unit said: "An investigation has begun in relation to significant organised criminality connected to these premises.
"We will now look to reunite the stolen vehicles with their rightful owners and remain focused on removing unlawful firearms from Kent."
It is anticipated officers will remain at the scene throughout today.
Four men and two women were arrested on Thursday, March 30.
They remain in custody while enquiries are ongoing.
A police spokesman said: "Several arrests have been made after a number of firearms and stolen vehicles were recovered in Longfield.
"Officers from the Kent and Essex Serious Crime Directorate executed a warrant at a property in Longfield under the Firearms Act 1968 on Wednesday, March 29.
"Searches being conducted over the past two days have resulted in the recovery of firearms and ammunition as well as a number of stolen motor vehicles and parts including 11 high value motorcycles reported to have been stolen from London and the South East region."
