Two tiny ducklings were found on the roof of a shopping centre.

The pair were found on top of Bluewater, in Greenhithe, and taken to animal charity Anim-Mates, based in Ash, yesterday to be cared for.

One of the ducklings has been called Francis by the team caring for him and he is now being looked after at the home of one of their volunteers.

Unfortunately, the second young duck was very weak and died shortly after being taken to the charity.

You can visit the Anim-Mates website here to read about the work they do for animals.
