by Andrew Gidley

Liam Daish admits he is facing the biggest challenge of his footballing life to keep Ebbsfleet in the Blue Square Premier this season, and his task did not get any easier after Tuesday night's 2-1 defeat to Salisbury at Stonebridge Road.

Chris Flood knocked in Salisbury's opener after 88 minutes, a minute later substitute Robbie Sinclair headed in the second, via Lance Cronin's right-hand post, with Fleet assistant manager Paul McCarthy pullling a goal back in stoppage-time.
