Emergency services called to Barrack Row Bus Station in Gravesend after man found dead

A man has been found dead in a bus station toilet.

Police were called at 9.33am on Saturday (November 9) to a report of a body in Barrack Row, Gravesend.

A witness said two police cars and an ambulance were at the station.

The toilets were cordoned off with a white tent erected outside.

A spokesman for the force said: “Officers and paramedics attended the scene where a man in his 40s was confirmed to be deceased.

“His next of kin have been informed.”

The death is being treated as non-suspicious and a report is being completed for the coroner.

The ambulance service has been contacted for more information.
