Roof on fire in Park Place, Gravesend

Fire crews were called to a block of flats in Gravesend which caught fire this afternoon.

Two fire engines attended Park Place at 12.30pm where the fourth floor of a flat complex was partially in flames.

Crews climbed onto a nearby roof and extinguished the blaze using a hose reel.

All persons in adjacent flats were accounted for and nobody is believed to be injured.
