Police were called to a three-car crash on the A2 in Gravesend this morning.

The multi-car collision took place at about 8.20am on the London bound carriageway, close to the Pepperhill junction.

Firefighters were also called to the scene after reports a person was trapped in a car.

But a police spokesman said no injuries were reported and vehicles had been removed from the road.
