Five people have been charged following a cocaine seizure worth more than £2m.

It follows an operation on Tuesday evening which saw investigators uncover the drugs haul at an address in Gatwick Road, Gravesend.

They seized 20kg of cocaine from a van at the scene before searches at a second property in Rochester Road led to the recovery of approximately £300,000 in cash.

Four of those arrested in Gravesend have now been charged.

These include David Adeniji, 29, of Bromhall Road, Dagenham who was charged with conspiring to supply Class A drugs and conspiring to launder the proceeds of crime.
