One lucky shopper got more than she bargained for when she popped into her village store.
The customer was serenaded by soul singer FiL Straughan when she called into the Cobham Community Store, in The Street, Cobham, and a video of the impromptu performance has been viewed almost 1,000 times on social media.
The community store opened in 2013 and is run by volunteers, selling local produce and Kentish crafts.

Manager Sevie Ashby said: “He is such a lovely person and had time for everybody.
“It was brilliant and it has brought everyone together.
“The huge response on Facebook was new to us. We’re a tiny village and a tiny shop and we weren’t expecting it.”
The store will be celebrating its third anniversary this Christmas and Sevie has been working there for two years.
She said: “It is hard work but it’s really important to stay open at the heart of the community. The people in the village are a bit lost without a shop.”
FiL will be performing a Luther Vandross tribute on Thursday November 10 at St Mary Magdalene Church. Doors open 7pm. Tickets £12.
The church will also be holding a candlelit Christmas concert on December 8.
