A Romanian man climbed over a fence and fell 11ft onto live tracks before being hit by a train, an inquest has heard.

Marian Stoica, an agency worker, had been seen stumbling at Gravesend railway station shortly before his fall in the early hours of Sunday, April 7.

His body was identified by British Transport Police and a post-mortem said the 23-year-old, who lived at Covesfield in the town, died of cerebral trauma and multiple injuries due to a train collision.
