A man in his 60s was punched and kicked by a man and a woman in a town centre car park.
The victim was attacked by the pair in the Parrock Street car park, Gravesend, and had to be taken to hospital for treatment for a serious leg injury.
Moments before, he had driven into the car park in a grey Suzuki Vitara. Once parked, a dispute took place with the occupants of a blue Mercedes 4X4.
One suspect is described as a white man in his early 40s, around 5ft 8ins, with a medium build. He was wearing a mustard-coloured jacket, blue jeans and tanned shoes.
The woman was said to be in her late 30s and around 5ft 2ins, with a medium build and brown hair in a long bob style. She was wearing a white t-shirt with blue jeans.
Investigators have looked at available CCTV of the incident – which happened at around 11.15am on Saturday, January 8 – and believe there are several people who may have witnessed the assault who are yet to speak with an officer. They issued a wider appeal for help today.
Anyone with information, including dashcam footage of the incident, is asked to call police on 01474 366149 quoting 46/5499/22.
