Man taken to hospital with serious head injury after incident at petrol station in Milton Road, Gravesend

Detectives have issued a CCTV image of two men they want to speak to after a man was left with a serious head injury.

Officers were called to the Esso petrol station, in Milton Road, Gravesend, just before 11pm on Christmas Day.

Police received reports of a disturbance inside the property and one man suffered a head injury.

One man, a 25-year-old from Northfleet, has been arrested but officers still want to speak to another suspect.

Spokesman for the police Steve Knight said: "Officers attended and the man, whose identity is currently unknown, was taken by ambulance to a London hospital where he remains in a serious but stable condition."
