A 13-year-old boy who was missing for more than 24 hours has been found.

The teenager was last seen in the Dickens Road area of Gravesend at around 4.15pm on Thursday (December 7).

Police officers were appealing for information after it was thought the youngster could have travelled Thanet or got on trains and buses.

He has now been found safe and well.

A spokesman for the force said: “Thank you to all those who assissted in the search to find him and who sent messages of support.”

People were being asked to call 999 if they had any information on his whereabouts.
