Train lines near Meopham are now clear after a tree blew over both sides of the tracks as Storm Ciara continues to batter Kent.
Southeastern urges passengers not to travel today unless absolutely necessary.
There was also disruption earlier as another tree fell on the line between Teynham and Sittingbourne, though this has since been removed.
It comes after a trampoline fell on the line between Sevenoaks and Orpington.
A spokesman for the rail operator said on Twitter: "We strongly advise you do not travel today."
As Storm Ciara rages on, debris trapped in a tree overhanging Dartford Road in Dartford, and at commercial premises at Crossways Boulevard in Greenhithe, is being made safe by fire crews, as was loose scaffolding at Wellcome Avenue in Dartford.
A large tree has also fallen down on power lines at Tanyard Hill, Shore, in Gravesend and Fire crews were working with electrical safety engineers to make the scene safe.
