Man arrested following two car crash at B255 Bean Interchage

Police have arrested a man on suspicion of dangerous driving after a toddler was injured in a collision between two cars on a slip road for Bluewater.

The crash happened on the A2 London-bound slip road for the B255 Bean Interchage for Bluewater just after 2.30pm.

A woman in her 20s and the toddler were taken to Medway Maritime Hospital by ambulance.

Neither are believed to be seriously injured.

The man driving the other car is not thought to have been hurt.

Police closed the road while the cars were recovered.

The damaged cars were recovered following the crash

It reopened just after 5.30pm.

The crash follows initial reports of dangerous driving on the M25 at junction 3 at 2.27pm.
