Southeastern lines from Bromley South to close via Gravesend and Ramsgate over weekend for “emergency works”

Railway passengers may have their journeys disrupted as Southeastern warns of engineering works on one of their major routes.
Across the weekend those looking to travel overnight between Saturday and Sunday via Gravesend will be affected as all lines from Bromley South will close.
From midnight Sunday (February 11) routes between London Charing Cross, London Cannon Street, London Victoria, and Dartford (via Bexleyheath), Gravesend (via Sidcup) will offer a replacement bus services.
Buses will also replace trains between Minster, Ramsgate and Margate.
Trains between London Victoria and Ramsgate via Chatham will only run between London Victoria and Margate.
Passengers are being told to make preparations for the journey and plan their routes ahead of time to minimise disruption.
