A woman was injured in a three-vehicle crash on the A2 at Northfleet yesterday afternoon.

Officers were called at 1pm to a road traffic collision on the Londonbound, carriageway near the Pepperhill turnoff.

Ambulance crews treated a woman for minor injuries at the scene and all vehicles were recovered by just after 3pm.

Kent Police Gravesham tweeted a photo of the scene, adding: "Following this three vehicle RTC on the M2 approach to Bluewater. Remember no Christmas shopping or party is worth rushing to and getting caught up in something like this! JA."
