Gravesend: Aman General Store robbery appeal

A balaclava-clad robber got away with a small amount of cash after threatening a shopkeeper.

The suspect, aged in his 20s, white and of medium build, entered Aman General Store in Singlewell Road, Gravesend, at around 10.40pm on Wednesday.

After making threats and taking the money he walked away in the direction of nearby Cross Lane.

He had an English accent, was 5ft 9ins and wore a blue jacket with a fur hood trim, dark jeans, a Nike hooded top, and a grey and black balaclava with white dots.

Officers are keen to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the incident, or who knows the identity of the suspect.
