Police are appealing to find the owner of a Rolex watch which was found by officers in Gravesend.

The ladies watch was recovered on July 14 and, no one has yet identified themselves as the owner.

The back of the watch is engraved with a female’s name and is dated 2016.

Police say they will need to be satisfied the person collecting the watch is the rightful owner and, the claimant will need to give details on the engraving on the back of the case, among other checks.

The owner of the watch can contact North Kent Police Station, based in Thames Way, Northfleet, on 01474 366149.
