It's Red Nose Day and scores of people are doing something funny for money.
Comic Relief is 25 years old this year, and organisers hope this year's fund raiser will be as successful as before.
If you are holding an event, you can email us details - and pictures - to gravesendmessenger@thekmgroup.co.uk
At Bean Primary School the children are coming in dressed in their pyjamas while pupils at Stone St Mary's Church of England Primary School, Greenhithe, will be in fancy dress.
At St Botolph’s primary school in Northfleet they are holding various Red Nose Day activities while at Meopham Community Academy, the children will be wearing red with whacky hairstyles - and the deputy head will be chained up for a few hours.
Also raising money are reception and housekeeping staff from The Woodlands Premier Inn who will be walking the 5km from the hotel in Wrotham Road, Gravesend, to their sister hotel in Singlewell - and back again.
They set off at 4pm today and are raising money for Great Ormand Street Hospital.
John Clark, 62, was dared by his colleagues at Oxfam to dress as Elvis when a onsie turned up in the shop.
He's out and about in Gravesend at the moment collecting cash in his guitar.
Left is Shears Green Junior School pupil Katie wearing as much red as she can for Comic Relief.
Below is Charley Pink ready for Red Nose Day at Northfleet Nursery School.
All of his donations will be going to the Stacey Mowle Appeal which is raising cash for the Gravesend seven-year-old who was diagnosed with neuroblastoma in May 2010.
She needs specialist treatment which isn’t available in the UK and may cost up to £500,000.
Below right are Erene Banks and Natalie Wood from Deanwood childrens centre dressed in onsies to raise money.
