Police are appealing for information after arsonists started a fire under a parked car in Gravesend.

Officers were called at 12.05am on Monday to reports of a fire underneath the vehicle parked outside an address in Hopewell Drive.

The fire, believed to be started deliberately, was extinguished with no damage to the vehicle.

Officers have carried out enquiries at the scene but remain keen to hear from anyone with information that is yet to speak with them, in particular those with privately held CCTV.
