Beanstalk cast is getting bigger

The summer holidays are nearly over, the schools will soon be back - and then it'll be Christmas and the panto season.

The Woodville is already planning for the arrival of Jack and the Beanstalk in Gravesend, with Mike James (pictured right as last year's hit in Sleeping Beauty) playing Simple Simon.

He said: "I had a brilliant time in Gravesend last year and can’t wait to be back for more panto fun this year."

Kraig Thornber is a veteran of Imagine pantomimes. They are producing Jack. Kraig will play Dame Trot.

He said: "I have never been in panto at The Woodville before but I have heard some great things about the venue so I am really looking forward to it."

Maya Grant makes her Imagine debut as the object of Jack’s affections, Princess Tamara, while Richard Morse plays the Giant’s wicked henchman Fleschcreep.

The panto runs from from December 14 - 31.
