A man who tried to stop a fight outside a pub ended up in hospital – and now police have released CCTV of a man they want to trace in connection with the attack.

The victim was attacked near The Pelham Arms in Old Road West, Gravesend.

He suffered head injuries and was taken to hospital.

It happened just after midnight in the early hours of Sunday, August 27.

Police spoke to several people and reviewed CCTV following the attack and have now released CCTV images of a man who might be able to assist them.

They would like to hear from anyone who saw what happened or who recognises the person in the pictures.
