Costa Coffee is to move in to the old Burton and Dorothy Perkins shop in New Road, Gravesend.
Estate agent Sealeys confirmed the unit had been sold to Costa, though when the coffee shop will open is not yet known.
Dorothy Perkins and Burtons, which shared a store on the corner of New Road and the High Street in Gravesend, closed on January 12.
